I was extremely nervous coming in today, but am very happy I did!! The front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful! (I believe his name was Mohamed) I was greeted and welcomed. I didn’t feel like I was a burden to them. No long wait at all! Smooth transition to X-rays and Dr. Dao!! It's so thorough! She made me feel so comfortable. She gave me a rationale for everything she did. It’s tough to find a Dentist who explains their treatment and takes their time! The dentist's hygienist was gentle as well! Very detailed with everything. I love explanations with my treatments! It helps calm anxiety. Also, Juliette, the operational manager, made everything ten times better!! She gave me payment options that were suitable for me (which I was nervous about), but I was happy with my overall experience. I have never had a fantastic visit like this in my 34 years! I am now scheduling my husband and daughter lol!! Wonderful dentist!! Cannot wait to come back! ❤️ OVERALL 10/10!
